Dr. Dion N. Johnson, Executive Director & Founder is showing kids how vineger or acidity levels can physically effect a bone's texture and density. Similar, outcomes can happen due to poor oral health and eating improper foods.
Cooke STEM Academy May-June 2019 STEM Pilot Program
Malcolm Madison provided hands-on career related STEM for Cooke's 4th Grade Class Scholars. For 8 Weeks Cooke's Scholars used lab time to explore scientific aspects of dentistry, while incorporating elements of their math and science curriculums.

Dr. Johnson of Malcolm Madison assisted Cooke STEM Academy with obtaining students computers, and accessories donated by Fifth Third Bank, Delta Dental of Michigan and the Wayne County Oral Health Coalition. Another great opportunity to assist Principal Hunt and her quest to bring computer access to her students, during an unprecedented quarantine.
