Our Philosophy
Malcolm Madison Foundation believes through robust real-world adaptive learning, inquiry-based learning, cross-functional hands-on experimentation, participant self-discovery, and a
consequence-free learning environment; our youth and young adult participants
are able to realize the natural flow of their future vocational gifts. Natural flow aligns
each youth and young adult's imagination and genius, while allowing our program educators, early career interventionist and talent developers to examine the evidence captured by highlighting each trait, attribute, ability, facility, knack, interests, and talent that resonate among youthful dreamers and passion builders.
